Snap-on Diagnostics, a global leader in automotive diagnostic equipment, is seeking a Technical Support Representative. This role involves providing support to Snap-on automotive diagnostic Customers and Franchisees through inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and other correspondence. Support duties include troubleshooting and general product use/operation. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure the representative understands common customer issues with the Diagnostic Product Line.
