The Technical Support Manager supports technical sales and market development by working directly with customers on composite materials, closed-mold manufacturing processes, and application-specific solutions. The role partners closely with Sales to evaluate customer manufacturing environments, recommend appropriate materials and processes, and support implementation in real-world production settings. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in composite manufacturing, a strong understanding of resin systems, fiber reinforcements, and processing methods, and enjoys working directly with customers to solve material and process-related challenges.
