About The Position

Our client is looking for a Technical Support Engineer that will provide phone support, email and chat. This includes but is not limited to handling fixes over the phone, working with the developer teams to get software issues fixed. Need this Technical Support engineer to be great with documentation, great customer service and follow up experience.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Technical Support
  • Experience with Jira & SaaS
  • 3-5 years of Office 365 experience, Sharepoint preferred
