The Technical Support Associate will join the Commercial Lines team on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, the associate will be responsible for assisting Account Managers and Account Executives with the servicing of assigned Commercial Lines accounts, specifically focusing on tasks related to Certificate of Insurance issuance, in accordance with company practices, policies, and procedures.
