This position is a work training program for our L1 tech support team. As an apprentice, you will work part-time (24 hours a week) on our level 1 helpdesk team for 4 months to gain hands-on experience with the possibility of a full-time position at the end of the program. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 1 IT certification (A+, Net+, CCNA etc), participation in an IT training program like per Scholas or an associates degree in an IT related field. This position requires working weekend and 2nd shifts. Experience working in a restaurant or other retail environment is a strong plus!
