What you will be doing: Being the first response for customers and suppliers via phone and email (Outlook) Preparing customer quotations by calculating costs and prices using Microsoft Excel , and creating quote documents in Microsoft Word Arranging and joining meetings with customers and suppliers using Microsoft Teams , scheduled through Outlook Learning SAP Business One and processing approved quotations into customer sales orders Creating and sending purchase orders to suppliers and managing supplier transactions in SAP Business One Managing customer orders from start to finish, giving updates and resolving queries using SAP Business One Processing customer invoice requests accurately and on time in SAP Business One , making sure documents are saved correctly Producing customer correspondence, invoices, and supporting documents using Microsoft Word Who this is for: You don’t need loads of experience — just: A good attitude and willingness to learn Confidence using (or learning!) digital systems Organised, reliable, and team-focused vibes
