  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis of hardware and software issues across Trimble's Transportation Management System (TMS) and other solutions.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Work closely with development and testing teams to effectively document, escalate, and track product bugs and high-priority issues to resolution using a CRM.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and technical issues related to the payroll functionality within the TruckMate TMS.
  • Proven experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or application support role.
  • Demonstrated success with root cause analysis and complex system troubleshooting.
  • Strong technical aptitude for diagnosing issues across multiple operating systems, hardware platforms, and integrated enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, verbal, and written) with a positive, growth-mindset attitude.
  • Experience working with a CRM casing software.
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry (e.g., knowledge of ELD, HOS).
  • Prior experience with multiple operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Android, or iOS.
  • Experience with and troubleshooting knowledge of SQL, XML, HTML, or scripting.
  • Experience writing bugs and using Jira.
