Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • US citizenship

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within one of the components of the Chemical and Biological Defense Program or with an interagency equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and administrative support skills.
  • Proficiency in database management and information systems.
  • Experience supporting senior-level executives in a DoD environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Provide operations and administrative support to ODASD(CBD), tracking incoming tasks and assigning suspense dates based on time sensitivity and priority.
  • Monitor staff action progress and deadlines, analyzing incoming tasks and providing synopsis to action officers to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee staffing of FOIA requests, Congressional inquiries, briefings, speeches, and issue papers, maintaining technical proficiency in OSD CATMS.
  • Coordinate office travel arrangements including country clearances, visa/passport applications, and travel vouchers, developing and managing office travel budget.
  • Process building passes and CAC requests, coordinate security clearances and visit requests, and manage office security program including classified document security.
  • Manage meeting logistics and reservations for up to 300 participants, prepare briefing books, develop meeting agendas, and take meeting minutes.
  • Support IT requirements and computer accounts, requisition supplies and equipment, maintain filing and archiving systems, and prepare ODASD(NCB/CB) Weekly Reporting Requirements.
