Other duties may be assigned. Lead and/or assist in the project management of key IS projects and initiatives in support of organizational objectives and strategies. Responsible for end user support of all workstations, handhelds and their associated software. Process, balance and distribute all Daily and Month-end related reports; focus on accuracy and timeliness of report generation and distribution. Provide end-user computer support to all stakeholders: development of ad hoc reports (Report Writing); hardware & software support (Desktop software, Route Accounting, printers, copiers, mobile devices, etc.) Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy Daily monitoring of server performance, memory and disk usage, and periodic application of operating system patches and virus updates are all included. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time Maintain documentation for system administration procedures and standards (Documentation). QualificationsQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have: BA/BS Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or related discipline with 3+ years’ experience, or an associate degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or related discipline with 5+ years’ experience. Experience and/or demonstrated working knowledge of the Wholesale/Distribution industry and related business processes; working knowledge of supply-chain processes is desired. Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+ and Network+ Experience in application, administration and support of information technology in the following areas: (Additional areas of expertise are assumed and/or will be acquired.) Windows 10/11 MS Server 2012, 2016 Office 365 Remote support software: LogMeIn, TeamViewer Firewall, router, switch experience Experience with an MSP platform: N-able, Kaseya Experience with Apple devices Experience with an MDM: IBM MaaS360 Experience with e-Commerce medium such as EDI and Internet based commerce Strong project management skills: demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, tasks & activities Vendor/Supplier management skills Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Ability to Multi-Task, analyze and troubleshoot problems and work with many different levels of the organization is important Results oriented Demonstrated ability to “Execute” Self-starter Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or related discipline with 3+ years’ experience, or an associate degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or related discipline with 5+ years’ experience.
