OUR VISION FOR THIS KEY ROLE As a Technical Support Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to provide technical assistance to internal users and support the organization’s infrastructure and internal home-built solutions, as well as the IT needs for our third-party administrator Company, Captrue Benefits and our MGU company TPAC . This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, assisting with cybersecurity operations, and ensuring timely resolution of support requests. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system reliability and security.
