Acuity is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to install PC hardware and software, mobile device systems, and any related peripherals. The representative will load and verify operation of software such as operating system, word processors, spreadsheets and other applicable software, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and user problems, and provide training and technical assistance to our end users.
