Technical Support Analyst - Full Time

About The Position

Performs second level support to users of hospital PC's and software. Handles support escalations from Systems Support I position. Assists System Administrator and Network Administrator in data collection for troubleshooting purposes. Ensures that PC hardware and software are updated on a regular basis. This position requires self-motivation and task orientation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least a 4-year working knowledge of computers, desktops, and networks
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • A minimum of 4 year's experience with computers. A strong familiarity with Windows XP and Windows 7 and the ability to effectively navigate within the Windows environment
  • Ability to prioritize workflow to meet deadlines.
