You will directly work with customers, solve complex problems that impact their operations, and provide solutions that genuinely matter. Your daily insights and success with root cause analysis will directly influence future product improvements, positioning you as a key contributor to the continuous enhancement of Trimble's industry-leading transportation management and telematics solutions.

  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis of hardware and software issues across Trimble's Transportation Management System (TMS) and other solutions.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Work closely with development and testing teams to effectively document, escalate, and track product bugs and high-priority issues to resolution using a CRM.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and technical issues related to the payroll functionality within the TruckMate TMS.
  • Proven experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or application support role.
  • Demonstrated success with root cause analysis and complex system troubleshooting.
  • Strong technical aptitude for diagnosing issues across multiple operating systems, hardware platforms, and integrated enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, verbal, and written) with a positive, growth-mindset attitude.
  • Experience working with a CRM casing software.
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry (e.g., knowledge of ELD, HOS).
  • Prior experience with multiple operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Android, or iOS.
  • Experience with and troubleshooting knowledge of SQL, XML, HTML, or scripting.
  • Experience writing bugs and using Jira.
