Our client is seeking a Technical Support Analyst who is local to Lansing, Michigan, and able to work onsite with the customer at their office two days per week, with additional onsite presence as needed. This role is not phone-based support; instead, the individual will work primarily directly with the customer in person when onsite, and via email. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills and be comfortable working hands-on with the customer. Experience writing queries in a relational database is required, along with experience supporting or participating in testing activities. This position is expected to begin as a contract-to-hire role, with a planned conversion rate of $65,000
