The Tech Support Advisor is responsible for providing technical and application support, as well as technical training, to TEC customers, external TEC Sales representatives, and internal TEC Sales support teams. The responsibilities outlined for this role are not exhaustive and may evolve based on organizational needs. In addition to core technical support duties, this position will also include facilities maintenance responsibilities to support the operational needs of the Libertyville location.
