Dime is currently hiring for a Technical Support Administrator at its Headquarters in Hauppauge, Long Island. The Technical Support Administrator is responsible for responding to inquiries and requests for assistance with Dime's technical systems. This includes but is not limited to maintenance of desktop computers and related equipment in an Active Directory environment, the maintenance and configuration of a hosted PBX telecom solution, and the creation and maintenance of user accounts across a variety of bank platforms and products. The Technical Support Administrator will also coordinate with other IT areas to resolve problems as necessary. Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 annually. The exact compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, education, training, licensure and certifications, and location. All applicants must attach a recent resume.
