As we expand into the U.S. with our new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Salt Lake City, we are seeking a Technical Supervisor to help lead our production operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for a technically driven professional who’s passionate about quality, process optimization, and developing high-performing teams. As the Technical Supervisor, you’ll ensure smooth daily production by combining strong technical know-how with team leadership. You’ll oversee key bakery processes — from mixing and proofing to baking, cooling, and packaging — while maintaining high standards for quality, efficiency, and food safety.
