About The Position

Capco's Technology Strategy practice helps clients define and execute transformational technology plans aligned with their business goals. We guide critical decisions on operating models, platforms, tooling, talent, and more—delivering long-term value and innovation across our clients' technology ecosystems.The practice spans across all of Capco's domains and focuses on solving C-suite and senior IT challenges in technology modernization, AI strategy & adoption, tech sourcing, cost management, and risk and governance. As a Consultant in our Technology Strategy practice, you will help design and deliver strategic solutions that empower our clients to accelerate transformation, enhance efficiency, and ensure resilient operations. You'll work as part of a collaborative team to assess existing capabilities, develop future-state visions, and shape technology-driven strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience designing and communicating IT strategies that drive value.
  • Experience working for a consulting or financial services firm.
  • Experience creating PowerPoint slides, and presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of modern IT frameworks.
  • Experience using GenAI / LLM technologies in projects.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms, automation, and security best practices.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and a proactive mindset to address dynamic business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Willing to work in our New York office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT strategies that drive business objectives and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align technology investments with long-term organizational goals.
  • Recommend tools and methodologies to support secure and efficient CI/CD workflows.
  • Provide strategic insights to ensure security compliance and risk mitigation in DevOps practices.
  • Assist in developing roadmaps to modernize IT operations and improve service delivery.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategies to stakeholders effectively.
