About The Position

Your contributions can help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation. Work You'll Do We are seeking an analytics subject matter expert to provide management, technical, and overall support to the analytics O&M team. This individual will act as a key resource to guide and support the leadership team, ensuring continuity of operations and effective knowledge transfer from the existing team. The role requires strong project oversight skills, the ability to manage shifting priorities, and excellent communication to support a seamless transition and maintain alignment with analytics O&M objectives. In addition to management responsibilities, the candidate must possess deep technical knowledge in Jupyter Notebooks, entity resolution, and Hive. They will deliver on-the-ground tactical support, helping the team design and troubleshoot analytic workflows, implement robust entity resolution solutions, and optimize data management leveraging Hive. Their hands-on expertise will ensure that the analytics O&M team maintains analytic excellence and operational efficiency throughout the engagement. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Secret security clearance required
• 10+ years of professional experience
• 5+ years leading technical analytics and/or data science teams
• 5+ years of experience with government Analytic Notebook Platforms
• 5+ years of experience with Python
• 2+ years of experience with Databricks
• 2+ years of experience with Hive

Nice To Haves

• Prior professional services or consulting experience
• Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
• Displays both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues in AI and Data Science
• Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
