Technical Services Technician - Full Time (Tropicana Atlantic City)
About The Position
Maintains and monitors all hotel/casino music and page systems, set up, operation, strike, maintenance of lighting, audio production and other related equipment used for banquets, conventions, meetings, industrial shows, and special events, etc. Services basic equipment and has proficiency in audio mixing. Interfaces audio systems, reads schematics and troubleshoots audio and productions systems. Uses computer lighting consoles and basic computer operation. Stage lighting, photography, film making and video production. Provides Family Style Service at all times. May perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in lighting and sound operations
- Must have experience using computer programs
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department
- Regular attendance for scheduled work required
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures
