About The Position

Verathon® is looking for a Technical Service Technician II to become the newest member of our Operations located in Bothell, WA.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required
• 1-2 years related experience as Technician, Electronic or Mechanical Assembler
• Ability to speak, read and write proficiently in English
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel
• Proven strong organizational skills and able to work with minimal to minimal supervision
• Ability to use advanced electronic test equipment, hand tools, and solder irons
• Strong productive work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to stand, bend, twist and reach repeatedly during shift
• Ability to lift 10 pounds to shoulder height repeatedly, and 25 pounds to shoulder height occasionally
• Ability to work in cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, calibration, and certification of products in accordance with the company’s quality system
• Follow verbal and written instructions including procedures, Technical Service Manuals, drawings, diagrams, flow charts and pictures in completing a variety of troubleshooting, repair, and assembly tasks
• Perform system level final acceptance tests
• Maintain necessary service and device history records
• Promote and maintain positive customer relations
• Help in other areas of Technical Service as needed
