Responsibilities

• Daily administration of the Salesforce tickets and phone queue.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with business partners.
• Collaborate with the team to test solutions and
• Learning & Development: Complete courses on current products and solutions to stay up to date with company needs.
• Office Participation: full-time on-site presence with opportunity for hybrid working schedule after training period.
