The Technical Services Coordinator supports the Technical Services team by providing material recommendations, creating samples for customer testing, conducting internal product testing, and executing quoting and prepress tasks with precision. This role works closely with Customer Success and Manufacturing teams to ensure product specifications align with customer needs and manufacturing capabilities. Additionally, the Technical Services Coordinator collaborates with the Project Manager on internal initiatives and client-driven solutions and works alongside the Senior Solutions Engineer to troubleshoot challenges related to manufacturing and machine processes. A key aspect of this role is clearing redlines, implementing process updates, and optimizing job specifications for efficiency, quality, and scalability. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive continuous improvement in product development and manufacturing workflows.
