About The Position

The primary responsibilities of a Technical Service Engineer is to proved phone and chat based technical support encompassing product selection, set-up, troubleshooting, and application assistance. Supported products to include industrial control products (motor starters and contactors, soft starters, control relays, motor overload protection products, pilot devices), circuit breakers (miniature, molded case, power breakers), and distribution products (loadcenters, switching devices, transformers.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Candidates must reside within a 50 mile radius of Arden, NC.
  • Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc.

  • Work rotational hours 8:00am – 5:00pm ET and 9:00am – 6:00pm ET
