About The Position

As the Technical Services Driver you will be responsible for Drive and operate semi-vans, roll-off trailers, and dump trailers as required. Hours are Monday through Friday, day shift, hours will vary. Start time will be between 4 am – 7 am depending on routes. There will be some overnight travel required. HOME ON WEEKENDS!

Requirements

• High School Diploma or it's equivalent (required)
• 1 Year of CDL Driving Experience (required)
• Minimum Class B CDL License w/ Hazmat Endorsement (required)
• Regular and predictable attendance to perform the functions and requirements of this role

Nice To Haves

• Class A CDL w/ Hazmat Endorsement (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate semi-vans, roll-off trailers, and dump trailers as required.
• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
• Loads supplies needed for job completion and travels to various industry, laboratory, and school sites to perform lab pack services.
• Prepares for daily trip by inspecting vehicle and equipment, fueling truck, and ensuring all equipment is in excellent order.
• Drives to customer sites to collect waste material and/or transport hazardous and non-hazardous material.
• Completes necessary paperwork for shipment of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Follows proper placarding and load segregation requirements when transporting hazardous materials.
• Maintains a logbook for D.O.T. compliance.
• Assists customers on troubleshooting and correcting record keeping inconsistencies and service concerns.
• Acts as Company Representative with contacts.
