About The Position

Technical Services Associate Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Technical Services Associate for our Albany, NY team. Triumvirate Environmental provides leading organizations in the higher education, life sciences, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing sectors with diverse services and expertise to assist them with compliance management. This role is in office 5 days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Associates degree required
  • Eagerness to learn about the Environmental Health & Safety Field
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation

Responsibilities

  • Strong communication with internal and external customers while maintaining a professional attitude
  • Display leadership and teamwork among Technical Services Group by overseeing the team's daily required tasks
  • Work with the Technical Services Representatives to ensure high-level of customer services during job preparation and execution
  • Provide administrative support to Technical services department
  • Collaborate with each New England Operations department to drive solutions
  • Develop understanding of the Environmental Health & Safety field and the state and federal regulations that impact the industry [Resource conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) & Department of Transportation (DOT)]
  • Assist in data entry for job paperwork in office
  • Organize and file environmental documents, including inbound waste profiles, profile approvals, and manifests
  • Prepare work-orders for upcoming field projects
  • Contact clients and schedule various environmental services
  • Track client shipment volumes and ensure reports are sent out to appropriate clients
  • Create client invoices based off job paperwork
