Are you ready to join our team and make an impact? The Technical Services Analyst plays a critical role in strengthening project delivery by providing structure, insight, and operational clarity. This role drives consistent governance, produces reliable reporting, and supports cross functional communication to ensure teams have the information they need to execute effectively. By consolidating project data, creating dashboards, analyzing trends, and identifying risks, the Analyst enables informed decision making, improves processes, and contributes directly to better project and program outcomes. Success Metrics Increased operational efficiency and effectiveness for Professional Services through successful implementation of transformation initiatives Improved customer satisfaction and experience through enhanced processes and systems for Project Delivery Supporting role for timely delivery of projects within meeting established goals and objectives Positive feedback from stakeholders regarding the impact of transformation efforts on the company's growth and success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration (with emphasis on analytics, operations, or technology), Project Management, Engineering (Systems, Industrial, or Software) OR a minimum of three years of experience in solution delivery transformation, process improvement, or related roles

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify solution delivery / professional services opportunities and develop strategies for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, assess processes, and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement transformation initiatives, including business process reengineering, restructuring, and technology adoption
  • Monitor and track the progress of transformation projects, ensuring they are aligned with goals and objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, communicating project status, findings, and recommendations
  • Support change management efforts by assisting with training and communication plans, and facilitating the adoption of new processes and systems
  • Enter, update, and maintain program and project data in with a high degree of accuracy
  • Verify data for completeness, correctness, and consistency before and after entry
  • Perform routine data audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies
  • Organize, categorize, and prepare data for reporting and analysis
  • Retrieve and compile information for team members or leadership upon request
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information according to company policies
  • Follow established data standards, procedures, and quality guideline
  • Assist with administrative tasks and documentation as needed
