The Technical Service Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions that are aligned with customer requirements. Acting as a technical advisor, the Technical Service Manager identifies growth opportunities, supports product customization, and builds trusted partnerships. The candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience with running and reporting science-based trials, and be open to working in a fast-paced environment with multiple customers across a range of Consumer & Industrial applications. Contribution is measured through quality growth in the technical project pipeline and conversion of technical opportunities to new business. This role can be US Home Based. Preference for EST or CST location.
