Position Title : Technical Service - Lab Technician III Position Overview The Technical Service Technician is responsible for providing support to technical and commercial teams, assisting with products verification, customer projects, and the corresponding tests. This position may support sales and QC team for customer complaint investigation on some occasions.

Requirements

Junior college or above for chemistry related majors;
6+ years experiences in this field or technical support;
Good hands-on skills;
Good communication skill, good teamwork skills;
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert in specific research areas or laboratory techniques.
Design and implement advanced experimental methodologies.
Actively contribute to the development of new products or technologies.
Mentor junior and mid-level technicians and provide guidance on career development.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners on research initiatives.
