As a Technical Service & Equipment Support Technician, you’ll service and maintain vending machines, coolers, and related equipment across your route. No experience? No problem—we provide paid, on-the-job training for motivated individuals ready to build a long-term career.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Mechanical curiosity and problem-solving mindset
• Good communication skills and customer-first attitude

Nice To Haves

• Experience in maintenance, service, or technical roles
• Basic electrical or mechanical knowledge
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools or mobile apps
• Ability to work independently and manage a route

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on vending machines, coolers, and equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to keep machines running efficiently
• Complete minor repairs and escalate complex problems when needed
• Track service activity, parts usage, and equipment status
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with partners
• Help reduce downtime and keep operations running smoothly
