Requirements

Professional Degree in Architecture
Proficiency with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
Minimum of 5 years of recent design office experience
Ability to graphically communicate an idea quickly and effectively, backed by strong technical capabilities regarding building construction and technologies, millwork detailing, and consultant coordination
Experience with technical projects
Strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Architectural licensure or licensure in progress preferred

Responsibilities

Participation in the full design process from conceptual design through Construction Administration as a member of the project team
Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, and maintain quality control during construction
Prepare design development and construction document packages with project teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors
