About The Position

Mayvin is seeking a Technical Security Specialist to support the Technical Countermeasures Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) mission with a Federal Law Enforcement agency within Washington, D.C. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Requirements

• Government certification in TSCM required
• Minimum 7 years of relevant TSCM experience
• An active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
• Must be willing to conduct shift work and travel as needed
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Missions, including construction security
• Perform research, selection, modification, design, maintenance, and/or development of Technical Security equipment and systems
• Investigate and develop advanced techniques and devices to mitigate threats
• Resolve or recommend solutions to overlapping and conflicting security requirements by utilizing knowledge, skills, and abilities, including the ability to interpret various directives, rules, and regulations
• Communicate orally with customers and groups on technical security-related issues
• Write reports to document mission events, research findings, procedures, and other technical security-related issues
