As a Technical Sales Support Consultant, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the growth of Cleveland Clinic’s hospital reference laboratory clients and physician markets. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality care by maintaining a strong understanding of clinical standards, policies, and procedures while providing technical and operational support to the sales team and clients. Key responsibilities include sales leadership, business development, and relationship management. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments—resolving operational issues such as lost specimens, billing discrepancies, and pricing questions. Additionally, you'll play an integral role in the onboarding and training of new clients, as well as in troubleshooting client issues to ensure satisfaction and service excellence. A caregiver in this position works days, 8:00am—5:00pm.
