About The Position

Drive Sales & Growth Meet or exceed sales growth metrics. Find prospects, set appointments, and close new business. Maintain strong relationships with current customers to ensure satisfaction and find new opportunities. Be the Expert Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge. Conduct demos, troubleshoot issues, and solve product concerns for clients. Communicate & Report Log activity, trips, and competitive intel in the company CRM. Provide regular monthly reports to the Regional Sales Manager. Collaborate with our laboratory by submitting thorough Lab Work Requests and documenting trial results. Represent the Brand Professionally represent the company at trade shows and industry events. What You Need Experience & Education Required: High school graduate or equivalent. Preferred: 4-year degree. Experience: Minimum 5 years of related sales experience (chemical coatings preferred). Skills & Abilities Sales Savvy: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage the full sales cycle. Tech Ready: Proficient in Word, Excel, and CRM software. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills. Technical Eye: Must pass a color examination. Travel: Ability to travel as required.
