About The Position

Elevate Healthcare is seeking a motivated and mission-driven Technical Sales Representative (TSR) to support sales efforts in the Mid-Central US region, specifically Tennessee and Kentucky. This junior-level role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to grow within a high-performing, purpose-driven organization. The TSR will work closely with the Territory Sales Manager to drive growth, support customer relationships, and promote Elevate’s portfolio of simulation products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Support the TSM in achieving sales targets by assisting with lead generation, customer outreach, and account management.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for Elevate’s simulation solutions, including patient simulators, LearningSpace software, and LifeSpan services.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and assist in forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and customer events to promote Elevate Healthcare and generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Operations, Marketing, and Field Service Technicians to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Research customer needs using tools like Power BI, Zoominfo, and AI platforms to identify opportunities and tailor outreach.
  • Uphold Elevate’s values of Trust, Bias for Action, and Entrepreneurial spirit in all interactions.
