Room for GROWTH FOR ALMOST 60 YEARS GEMINI HAS BEEN IN THE BUSINESS OF EXCELLENCE SUMMARY The Technical Service Representative will support Gemini’s sales and customer experience team to increase gross profit dollars year after year by utilizing our innovative coating solutions, professionalism, and technical expertise. Under the direction of the Director of the international division, this position will routinely collaborate with the Lab and Product Development to ensure that Gemini’s products are viewed as the industry leader and to also ensure that Gemini is viewed as a partner in the success of our customers’ business. This position collaborates closely with the sales team, international division, and laboratory to support plant implementations, training, troubleshooting, color matching, and customer product performance requirements. This role is responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships to drive sales growth and profitability in alignment with objectives established by the National and Regional Sales Managers.
