The Senior Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for will be responsible for prospecting for new customers and new industries through the internet, phone calls, emails, faxes, industry meetings, sales calls, etc.• Meet sales goals set by the General manager.• Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various channels including social media, networking events, and cold outreach.• Qualifying Leads: Assess the needs and readiness of potential clients to determine their suitability for the company's products or services.• Outreach: Conduct outbound communications via email, phone calls, and social media to engage prospects and introduce the company's offerings.• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or product demonstrations between qualified leads and the sales team to facilitate the sales process.• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and target key market segments.• Follow-Up: Nurture leads through follow-up communications and engage them with relevant content to maintain interest.• Assist in marketing functions as required.• Other duties as assigned.
