Requirements

3-5 years of experience in technical or capital equipment sales, ideally in the packaging or medical device sector.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related technical discipline (preferred).

Responsibilities

Manage existing customer accounts while identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
Meet with engineers, production managers, and buyers to understand their operations and challenges.
Recommend machinery solutions that fit customer requirements.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications.
Work closely with engineering and production to ensure accurate project delivery.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer sites (approximately 20-25% travel).
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates to sales management.
