Sales plays a critical role in achieving customer acquisition and retention as well as new business growth objectives. This position involves prospecting sales leads and qualifying client opportunities, business referrals, and web leads. This role also coordinates/supports marketing-driven campaigns to generate interest and drive customer engagement in the company’s products and services. Duties and responsibilities include the following: Perform market analysis to identify, develop and source sales prospects/leads for marketing campaigns. Utilizing Salesforce.com CRM, coordinate with the sales team to build and expand the company’s customer prospects and potential sales. Perform outbound lead follow-up, including cold calls, to prospective and existing customers to qualify opportunity leads and upsell products and services. Function in a sales environment with a heavy focus on fostering, developing and nurturingrelationships with new and existing customers. Handle inbound calls to convert into new sales opportunities. Route qualified opportunities to the Engineering Sales Team members for further development. We are looking for a self-motivated team player with excellent time management and organizational skills.
