PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Ensure quality of coatings Analyze customer issues and troubleshoot technical problems. Directly responsible for all service activities within assigned territory/account(s) including: On-site product testing and refinement Customer personnel training and development as directed. Product and process issue resolution Process documentation in a timely manner and as directed. Process auditing Other assigned service requirements as directed/assigned. Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and timely support. Provide appropriate and regular reporting of activities and accomplishments to Director of Strategic Initiatives and others as directed. Provide professional representation for the company at trade shows and with industry organizations and attend company functions as directed.
