JOB SUMMARY The Technical Sales Consultant (TSC) is responsible for managing (Key customers) inbound inquiries with a focus on delivering white-glove, highly personalized experience, especially when handling complex or advanced customer needs. The TSC aims for first-call resolution whenever possible, building strong, trust-based relationships through exceptional service and tailored support. Success in this role requires clear and empathetic communication, real-time problem-solving, and the ability to remain composed while resolving nuanced issues. TSCs are also expected to recognize and act on upsell opportunities that align with customer needs, contributing to revenue growth. Strong call control and time management skills are essential to ensuring professional, efficient, and high-quality interactions.
