A Technical Sales and Service Coordinator provides day-to-day support of customer accounts and serves as a primary point of contact between the customer and the company. The Technical Sales and Service Coordinator can provide customer support, technical support, planning and optimization for the accounts, as well as developing a relationship with the customers. Takes incoming calls from customers, determines which product or service fits the application, and quotes the customer. Follows up with customers after quoting to obtain feedback, answer questions, and obtain purchase orders.
