You will drive end-to-end account management, building lasting partnerships with a diverse portfolio of industrial manufacturing customers Champion growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities through proactive, consultative technical selling in a true hunter-style role Collaborate with industry experts—engineers, metallurgists, maintenance managers, operations leaders, and procurement teams—to uncover challenges and deliver engineered coating solutions that transform performance You will own the commercial process, from quotations and pricing strategies to proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and high-impact negotiations We will expect this individual to stay ahead of the curve, monitoring industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to deliver actionable market intelligence to leadership.
