About The Position

You will drive end-to-end account management, building lasting partnerships with a diverse portfolio of industrial manufacturing customers Champion growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities through proactive, consultative technical selling in a true hunter-style role Collaborate with industry experts—engineers, metallurgists, maintenance managers, operations leaders, and procurement teams—to uncover challenges and deliver engineered coating solutions that transform performance You will own the commercial process, from quotations and pricing strategies to proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and high-impact negotiations We will expect this individual to stay ahead of the curve, monitoring industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to deliver actionable market intelligence to leadership.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced knowledge in engineering, material science, metallurgy, or mechanical engineering is a strong advantage
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with 5+ years of driving industrial B2B sales success, ideally within engineered products, advanced coatings, surface technologies, or manufacturing solutions
  • You must have technical fluency, with the ability to interpret detailed drawings, work scopes, blueprints, coating specifications, and equipment requirements to ensure precision and performance
  • You also much be an exceptional communicator and negotiator, skilled in building trust, managing accounts, and fostering long-term relationships that drive growth
  • We will expect agility and mobility, ready to travel 40-50% to customer sites, manufacturing plants, coating facilities, and industry events to strengthen partnerships and seize opportunities.
