The Technical Safety Instructor is a highly specialized role responsible for leading the design, development, delivery, and compliance of all safety and technical training programs. This role ensures full compliance with OSHA (USA) and Canadian Provincial safety regulations, integrates training in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS), and focuses heavily on the technical competence required for Renewable Energy Technicians (e.g., wind, solar, storage). The role requires a tenured candidate with a multi-disciplinary HSES approach with extensive technical field experience in the renewable energy sector of wind, solar, & Battery Energy Storage Systems, as well as a vast experience in training, curriculum development, and professional development initiatives.
