You will be responsible for building client relationships, driving new business, and delivering highly skilled technical talent to financial institutions and banking clients.

Requirements

  • 3–8+ years of recruiting, account executive, or business development experience within the banking/financial services industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales/recruiting quotas.
  • Deep understanding of technical roles and the financial services hiring landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a commission-only environment.
  • Existing client relationships in banking/fintech are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with banking and financial services clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client hiring needs, ensuring alignment between talent requirements and candidate submissions.
  • Partner with internal recruiting teams to deliver top technical talent for roles in software engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and financial technology.
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new accounts within the banking/fintech sector.
  • Own the full client lifecycle: lead generation, account development, placement management, and relationship retention.
  • Track performance metrics and maintain pipeline activity through CRM/ATS tools.
