About The Position

The Technical Recruiter at Equiliem plays a vital role in sourcing and hiring top technical talent for government clients, particularly for positions requiring security clearances. This internal role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating with stakeholders to understand technical requirements, and building talent pipelines to support client needs. The recruiter will engage with candidates, conduct screenings, and represent the organization at job fairs, contributing to the growth of new client partnerships.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of technical recruitment experience
  • 1 year expertise recruiting roles for Government clients requiring active clearances
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Expertise recruiting for technical roles for government clients
  • High volume recruiting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems, including those specific to sourcing cleared talent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven

Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and recruit qualified technical candidates to meet government client requirements, focusing on roles requiring active clearances.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings via phone, email, and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and career aspirations.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to foster trust and gain insights into technical industries and roles.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies using online tools, directories, databases, and personal networking to attract top technical talent.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms with candidates, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and networking events to engage with candidates and broaden the talent pipeline.
  • Partner with Account Managers to understand client requirements and provide candidate insights.
