As a technical recruiter at Nudge, you will run full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across multiple engineering disciplines. You will source exceptional talent through direct outreach, technical communities, academic networks, and creative strategies. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria. Additionally, you will screen candidates for technical fit, culture, and mission alignment, manage the entire candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation, ensuring every candidate has a positive experience. You will also build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with passive candidates, and establish best practices to help define Nudge’s recruiting strategy as we grow.
