Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience performing full-cycle recruitment
  • 2+ years of recruiting expertise in the semiconductor industry
  • Excellent communication skills, high integrity, flexibility, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Experience sourcing and hiring for specialized, hard‑to‑fill, or senior‑level roles
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms

Responsibilities

  • Source talent for technical, fab, sub‑fab, field service, and semiconductor-related positions
  • Conduct intake meetings, candidate phone screens, and coordinate interview scheduling
  • Manage documentation of candidates, hiring decisions, and all recruitment activities; maintain up‑to‑date trackers for open roles and candidate progress
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and recruiting platforms) and build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Communicate professionally and consistently with internal teams, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure clarity, alignment, and an exceptional candidate experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective talent, with emphasis on specialized technical and semiconductor‑related skill sets
  • Perform labor market and hiring trend research—particularly within technical and fab/sub‑fab domains—and share insights with leadership to support hiring strategy
  • Ensure all recruiting practices follow Talent Acquisition processes and meet EEO, OFCCP, and internal compliance standards
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership on requisition status, candidate pipelines, and next steps
