About The Position

This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting of senior technical talent, ensuring a seamless, high-quality candidate experience while supporting rapid team growth across the Americas. You will partner closely with engineering and executive leaders to define role requirements, craft sourcing strategies, and manage the recruitment process from intake to offer. The position requires a recruiter with strong technical fluency, elite sourcing skills, and the ability to manage complex offers, including equity discussions. You will also contribute to improving hiring processes, interview design, and metrics to optimize quality of hire and velocity. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth startup environment, balancing speed and rigor while maintaining exceptional candidate care. Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startup environments.
  • Strong sourcing and technical fluency, with the ability to translate role needs into effective search strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex offers and negotiations, including equity packages.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring leaders.
  • Experience using recruiting metrics and data to optimize quality of hire and process efficiency.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior technical roles, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, and closing.
  • Partner with technical and executive leaders to calibrate role requirements, improve decision-making, and elevate hiring standards.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill positions through talent mapping, targeted outreach, and referrals.
  • Enhance interview quality by designing assessments, loops, and scorecards, and using funnel metrics to manage hiring risk and velocity.
  • Manage complex offer processes, including salary, equity, and candidate negotiations, ensuring a high-touch experience.
  • Analyze recruiting data to drive insights and improvements across sourcing, interviewing, and candidate experience.
  • Support overall employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives to attract top-tier technical talent.
