We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who can own end-to-end hiring for our most critical technical roles. This person will be instrumental in building our engineering, AI/ML, and product teams during a pivotal stage of growth. About the Role Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including Backend, AI/ML, Voice AI, and Product Engineering Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to define role scope, hiring strategy, and ideal candidate profiles Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber candidates Run structured, high-signal interview processes that prioritize talent density and speed Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through close Manage pipelines, track metrics, and continuously improve recruiting processes Act as a talent advisor, helping shape hiring decisions, compensation, and org design
