About The Position

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who can own end-to-end hiring for our most critical technical roles. This person will be instrumental in building our engineering, AI/ML, and product teams during a pivotal stage of growth. About the Role Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including Backend, AI/ML, Voice AI, and Product Engineering Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to define role scope, hiring strategy, and ideal candidate profiles Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber candidates Run structured, high-signal interview processes that prioritize talent density and speed Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through close Manage pipelines, track metrics, and continuously improve recruiting processes Act as a talent advisor, helping shape hiring decisions, compensation, and org design

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting (startup or high-growth environment preferred)
  • Proven track record of hiring strong engineers, especially in backend, AI/ML, and systems roles
  • Exceptional sourcing skills and creativity in finding hard-to-reach talent
  • Strong judgment and ability to assess technical talent, even without being an engineer
  • High ownership mindset. You move quickly and don’t wait for direction
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders and candidates
  • Experience closing competitive candidates in fast-moving environments

Nice To Haves

  • Background in agency recruiting or executive search
  • Experience at an early-stage startup (Series A or earlier)
  • Familiarity with healthcare or healthtech
